		<description>Wow.  Great suggestions!  I never thought of Make your own rice/soy milk!  Rice milk is not so hard to make; however I question its nutritional value.   Soy milk is a lot of work.  Since you suggest making it, you must be figuring that people can find a source of good non GMO soy.  I'd be interested in where you get that.  And as for why soy milk is bad,  you must be referring to those aseptic containers that rice/soy milk typically come in.  Our co-op has a fledgling program to recycle those, but at the moment it's not yet user friendly.   Thanks so much for the excellent food for thought.</description>
